Golden hour inside a glass greenhouse, two guests seated cross-legged on linen cushions between rows of flowering plants, a facilitator mid-gesture with a ceramic tea vessel, light refracting through condensation on the glass ceiling
Where the plant is the program.
A hillside retreat. California.

A year of ceremonies,
each season its own curriculum.

Partners don't book a single weekend — they step into a living calendar. Four seasons of distinct programming means four reasons to return, four ways to bring your audience, and a year-round revenue story that holds.

Spring

Propagation & First Light

As the hillside awakens, Cultivar opens its propagation greenhouse for intimate microdose meditation workshops. Guests move between seedling tables and guided breathwork sessions — learning the plant's lifecycle as a mirror for their own renewal. Groups of 8–12 share morning ceremonies at dawn, when the dew still sits on the glass and the terpene profile is at its most delicate.

Summer

Full Sun & Open Sky

Summer brings the harvest ceremonies outdoors. Full-sun dosing rituals on the hillside terrace, sound healing bowls placed among the canopy rows, and evening integration fires. Corporate retreat groups find this season most transformative — the scale of the landscape creates natural authority distance from office hierarchy. Sessions run from sunrise movement to golden-hour closing circles.

Autumn

Extraction & Deep Knowledge

Autumn is Cultivar's most intellectually rich season. The extraction lab opens for terpene blending masterclasses — partners bring their dispensary teams for hands-on education in strain profiles, entourage effects, and formulation principles. Wellness resort operators send their spa directors. The programming is rigorous, the setting is intimate, and the meals are farm-to-table harvest dinners eaten beside the drying racks.

Winter

Fire, Integration & Return

Winter closes the year with the most intimate programming: firelit integration circles for groups of 6, reflective journaling facilitated by resident therapists, and a slowing of pace that mirrors the plant entering dormancy. This season is designed for return guests and long-term partners — it rewards those who've built a relationship with the space. The greenhouse is quiet. The bowls ring longer in the cold air.

From the partners who built
their programs here.

We brought our top 40 customers for a harvest weekend in autumn. Six months later, three of them had become our highest-spending loyalty members. Cultivar didn't just create a memory — it deepened a relationship.

Our wellness director was skeptical. After the terpene blending masterclass, she redesigned our entire spa menu around the experience. We've since added a quarterly Cultivar immersion to our signature programming.

I've planned 200 corporate retreats. I've never had a client call me the Monday after to say "when can we do that again." Cultivar is the only venue where that happens consistently.
